I finally made it after 2 years of hard work and effort  ...Im now a Certified Accountant:))....One of the happiest and greatest moment in my life...
My deepest appreciation goes to my frens and family for all the support and encouragement.....And most importantly for believing in me..Thank you so much...

It was a great weekend...we gathered to celebrate our 50 th anniversary...though it was just half day as by noon...we headed off to Singapore...I guess Singapore has much to offer than the skool...

TM AWARD NITE @ PWTC
|
|
It was the first time ever that TM held such a glamorous event...glamorous as it was held at PWTC..remind us of the Anugerah Industry Muzik..except there was no red carpet event..
What I can tell you is that, it was one of the most entertaining and enjoyable nite esp. when our CE with the newly formed band sang Mungkin from Peter Pan and Angles from Robbie Williams. Can you guys imagine, our nerd looking CE live on STAGE...but it turned out to be great performance by them...
There were also TM Star Competition and performance by Dayang Nurfaizah and Anuar Zain. It was a great nite and hope that this will be an annual event for TM.

DREAM THEATER LIVE @ NATIONAL INDOOR STADIUM SINGAPORE

It was definately an outstanding and impressive performance by Dream Theater which make an eventful nite for us. I guess there were more than 20 songs played from their latest released OCTAVARIUM to their first album WHEN DREAM AND DAY UNITE. Towards the end of the 3 hrs show ,when most of us was really exhausted, they played Spirit Carries on from their SCENES FROM A MEMORY album which make the show become more lively as the audience sang together..
I guess SCENES FROM A MEMORY was the most successful album that many of us discover DT from this album after like 10 yrs of their existence. I've never listened to anything as complex, technical and at the same time beautiful and emotive as this album. NO DOUBT, THE BEST ALBUM OF ALL TIMES!!!
# For those out there who have no idea who's DT, Dream Theater is a super group comprising of five of rock’s most respected musicians -- John Petrucci on guitars, Mike Portnoy on drums, John Myung on bass, Jordan Rudess on keyboards and James LaBrie on vocals.

DAY 4 ++ ADVENTUROUS BALI++

Its time to say GOODBYE to BALI....i wish we can extend our trip and NEVER SAY GOODBYE..im not looking forward to go home and back to work... .Home would seem so dull and stodgy after all this...it was one of the most enjoyable and adventurous moment in my life......owh..i luv bali...it was truly a wonderful paradise island....i've been thinking on my next trip to bali...this time..its gotta be RELAXING BALI...... guess i've been bitten by the travel bug...

Day 3 ++ Adventurous Bali ++

MT BATUR TREKKING
MT Batur is one of the active volcanoes in bali which is about 1700 m high.The long tour to Mt Batur starts as early as 4.00 a.m. Reason being, to watch the beautiful sunrise. It tooks us about 2 hrs to reach the top of MT Batur. God knows how much we wanted to give up. We barely had enough rest after the water rafting and now climbing MT Batur. Sounds crazy huh ?but no choice as time is not on our side.
Once we reached the top, we were given a breakfast of bread with chocolate and bananas inside and boiled eggs . A strange breakfast but, believe me, after that climb, we were ready to eat it all and look for more. The eggs were cooked by in the steam emanating from the volcano so it was quite an exotic breakfast.
It was a tough journey but i think its worth giving a try.
At about 12.00 p.m , we head off to KUTA, the most happening place in Bali...SHOPPING TIMEE....

DAY 2 ++ ADVENTUROUS BALI ++

WHITE WATER RAFTING @ TELAGA WAJA RIVER
One thing that we all wanted to do in bali was white water rafting. It cost us about Rp 250,000 per head ( approx RM 100). It was not dissappointing as it turned out to be great fun, exciting and adventurous experience to us and definately get the adrenalin pumping.
The spirit of adventure starts at East Bali Below MT Agung...a 14 km ride which took us about 2 hrs.
Experience the beauty of Bali through the pure nature, luscious jungle, spectacular view and paddle through breathtaking waterfall. Our guides actually stopped by the waterfall and we got the chance to take pictures below the downpour of natural waterfalls.
The most exhilarating part was when we plunged 5 meters from Bajing dam into the churning white water. It was awesome
It was a great day trip and worth every cent. Highly recommended.

Day 1 ++ ADVENTUROUS BALI ++

We finally make it...consider that we bought the ticket as early as september last yr....Started our journey from Ngurai Airport to Ubud which took us about 1 1/2 hr...errr.. not so good journey as six of us cramped in a mini 4 wheel drive.
Arrived at merthayasa Hotel at about 3 p.m, the place was very cozy with beautiful landscape......thanks to zt's recommendation...located at Jl monkey forest, heart of ubud..we tour around and get some good stuff...painting was very cheap here...for RM 50 , you can get a big painting..i actually saw the same painting in One Utama last week which sell at RM 4800....must be good business huh?
some of them were desperately selling and i end up buying something which i dun want..."kami sepi di sini"..so kindda tk sampai ati.....
At night, we watched one of their traditional dance, kecak dance which i think was very dramatic...Taken from the Hindu epic Ramayana, the dance tells the story of Prince Rama and his rescue of Princess Sita, who has been kidnapped by the evil King of Lanka. Unlike other dances, there is no gamelan orchestra accompanying it. Instead, a troupe of over 150 bare-chested men serve as the chorus, making "chak-achak-achak" clicking sounds while swaying their bodies and waving their hands.
Before we ended our day, chill out at one of the coffee shop /bar...the place was very cozy and relaxing...soothes your mind..
